At Social Media Club, we take pride in delivering high-quality social media marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases made on our platform are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after placing the order

• You provided incorrect account links or information

• You violated the terms of service of a third-party platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• The account you provided was banned, blocked, or restricted during service delivery

• Services have already been delivered (fully or partially)

3. Refundable Situations

Refunds or credits may be issued in the following situations:

• The order was not delivered at all

• A technical failure or system error occurred on our side

• The service was not as described on the product/service page

• You were billed multiple times for the same service

4. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before your order starts processing. Once the order has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
